1. Who we are

RÉGIS SOUTO ARTS is the studio practice of artist Régis Souto, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. These terms govern purchases made through regissoutoarts.com.

2. Products

We sell original artworks (one-of-a-kind paintings and mixed-media pieces) and open-edition fine-art prints. Each print is produced on demand by our print partner (Gelato) at the production facility closest to you. Minor colour variation between screen and print is inherent to fine-art reproduction and is not a defect.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is processed securely at checkout by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment completes. Where applicable, sales taxes are shown at checkout.

4. Production and shipping

Original artworks ship directly from the studio in Toronto; packaging, insurance, and shipping details are confirmed for each piece. Prints are made to order. Production typically takes 1–3 business days, followed by shipping — usually 3–5 business days within Canada and the United States. Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout based on your address. You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns and replacements

Because every print is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging — we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Sales of original artworks are final; each original is carefully documented and photographed before shipping, and any damage in transit is covered by shipping insurance where purchased.

6. Cancellations and address changes

Orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel an order or correct a shipping address, contact us as soon as possible — we can only change orders that have not yet entered production.

7. Copyright

All artworks are © Régis Souto. Purchasing a print does not transfer any reproduction, distribution, or commercial rights. Artworks may not be reproduced, scanned, or used commercially without prior written permission.

8. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
