Be among the first to experience BEYOND THE CONTOUR, a solo exhibition by Brazilian-born, Toronto-based artist Régis Souto.

This soft opening offers a quieter and more intimate viewing experience before the official reception.

Through tropical Brazilian birds isolated against deep black backgrounds, portraits influenced by Carnival and cultural memory, and works confronting personal discipline and diabetes, Souto explores how identity is framed, preserved, and edited.

Bold black lines move across the exhibition as both aesthetic and statement — demarcating beauty, memory, and choice. Each work asks a subtle question: who decides what remains inside the frame?

This is a contemplative experience, open to all ages.
